About the Host: Yuki was born in the YANESEN area. She loves cooking in Tokyo's local style, has cooking instructor experience, and can teach in English. Thus, you might feel informed about Yanaka's lifestyle and trends

🥣 All lessons include a hearty miso soup, made completely from scratch using a carefully prepared dashi broth. We use a refined and authentic method combining Katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and Kombu seaweed to create deep, umami-rich flavor—an essential part of Japanese cooking.
